We understand that life happens — especially for busy moms. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled service, there is no additional charge. Your 20% booking deposit is non-refundable but can be applied toward a future appointment rescheduled within 30 days.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 20% of the estimated service total. This fee compensates our team for the time reserved for your appointment.
If our team arrives and is unable to access your home, or if you cancel at the door, the full 20% cancellation fee applies and the deposit is forfeited.
To cancel or reschedule, please call or text us directly or email pristineandclean@icloud.com as early as possible. We appreciate as much notice as possible.
Recurring service clients may pause or cancel their recurring schedule at any time with more than 24 hours notice before the next scheduled clean.
