Pristine and Clean provides residential cleaning services. All prices listed on our website are starting estimates. Final pricing may vary based on the actual size and condition of your home and will be communicated before service begins.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit is collected via Stripe at the time of booking. By providing your payment details at booking, you authorize Pristine and Clean to securely save your card on file and to charge the remaining balance to that card after service is completed to your satisfaction. A receipt is emailed automatically when the balance is charged. If you'd prefer to be invoiced manually instead, please contact us before your appointment.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will not incur additional charges beyond the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 20% of the estimated service total in addition to the deposit already paid.
All quoted prices are estimates only. Final pricing is determined after a walkthrough or review of submitted photos/video. Pristine and Clean reserves the right to adjust pricing based on actual conditions found during service.
We take great care in your home. In the rare event of damage, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions or items not disclosed at time of booking.
Pristine and Clean reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in unsafe conditions or if the scope of work is significantly different from what was described at booking.
